This project serves as the business premises of an award-winning chef and food stylist. It is located on a  small holding farm in Hillcrest, Durban. The multipurpose building primarily functions as a commercial kitchen (test kitchen) and photography studio but it can quickly be re-configured to host functions and events. 

The building accomodated an admin area, a fully kitted photography studio for shooting and editing, a kitchen area with main stage and mini stations for interactive demonstrations and cold rooms. All facilities are rentable - either together or independantly.  The design prioritises natural light, airflow and a healthy balance of indoor and outdoor space.
